What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Coachella Valley — Indio, Coachella, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Cathedral City, Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Thousand Palms, Bermuda Dunes, Rancho Mirage, Mecca, Thermal, and surrounding areas.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule online or by phone. Bag your laundry and leave it by the door at your scheduled time. We weigh, wash, dry, fold, and return it to your doorstep — typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — our standard services have a $35 minimum (about 16 lbs). Rush and Deluxe services have a $45 minimum (about 18 lbs). Free pickup and delivery on every order.
What detergents do you use?
We offer detergent with fragrance, without fragrance, or no dryer sheets. You can also provide your own — just label it clearly and let us know at pickup.
Do you do dry cleaning?
No — we focus on wash, dry, and fold service. Items labeled 'dry clean only' should not be included in your bag.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Zelle, debit, and credit cards. There is a 2.5% fee on credit/debit card payments.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll rewash the affected items at no extra cost — or offer a partial refund if rewash isn't possible.
