Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit and incur a $25 trip fee on your next booking.

By booking, you agree to the following:
1. SERVICE CONSENT — You authorize Life's a Load to wash, dry, fold, and/or deliver your laundry according to the service selected. You confirm that all items provided are safe for machine washing and drying. We do not dry clean.
2. STAIN DISCLAIMER — We make every effort to remove stains using standard laundering methods. Stain removal is not guaranteed.
3. LIABILITY — Life's a Load is not responsible for: normal wear and tear (shrinkage, fading, buttons, zippers); items left in pockets or mixed in with laundry bags; damage from defective clothing or unclear care labels; or items before pickup or after delivery. Please notify us of any allergies — despite our sanitization, detergent or softener traces can remain.
4. PICKUP & DELIVERY — Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours; Rush Priority returns within 24 hours. Have your laundry ready at the scheduled pickup time. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied to loads with excessive pet hair requiring extra cleaning.
5. REFUND OR REWASH — If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will rewash the affected items at no extra cost or offer a partial refund if rewash is not possible. No refunds or rewashes are available after 24 hours from delivery.
This waiver is valid for all future laundry services scheduled by the customer unless updated or revoked.
COMFORTERS — SPECIAL CARE:
We inspect all comforters before washing; however, pre-existing damage, loose stitching, tears, worn fabric, or weakened seams may worsen during the normal wash and dry process.
Stain removal is not guaranteed. We will do our best, but some stains may be permanent.
Due to the nature of bedding materials, slight shrinkage, fading, or changes in texture may occur and are not the responsibility of Life's a Load.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any special care instructions before service. Items requiring dry cleaning or specialty cleaning will not be accepted.
By submitting comforters for service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and authorizes Life's a Load to clean the items using our standard laundering process.
Items heavily soiled with pet hair, bodily fluids, or excessive odors may be subject to a $25 excessive cleaning fee or may be declined at our discretion.
